Two outtakes from Some Shred Of Optimism and one outtake from Writer's Block 4. I thought "What The Light Hits First" was a hit when I first wrote it. I don't remember why I cut it. It would have fit okay on the album in retrospect. Same with "Just For You", actually. These probably both could have replaced weaker songs on the album. The last tune is a Max Gowan cover. You don't know who Max is? Gotta fix that. Listen to his album Last Companion, which didn't exist when I put this out.
