LOVESICK CURE

released FEBRUARY 3, 2018
RELEASE 34

An EP of random tracks sitting around taking up space. It's bad. Three of the nine songs allude to the one point in my life where I ever enjoyed Ween. I made this because I wanted to use the cover for something. It's not a good cover. The title "Lovesick Cure" isn't great either, although the re-recording I made shortly after the release of this EP is probably one of the better songs on that album (check back next week). 4 of these songs have something buried within them that's maybe worth listening to. 2 of them were remakes of older songs that got remade again for Fractions of Worlds (check back next month). The other two are "Maybe I'm Wrong", a demo I recorded in 2017 that didn't develop into anything else, and "Bedbug", a Heaven Doesn't Send Its Best outtake that also didn't develop into anything else. I was listening to a lot of Suburban Lawns around that time, and I think "Bedbug" was my attempt at writing a Lawns song. I got stumped trying to think of lyrics and abandoned it.
