I played some songs at the Octopus's Graveyard (aka "my parents' basement") to an audience of "the other acts on the bill". 9 of the songs were from the recently released Sex With God, and I picked a bunch of songs that I hadn't brought to the temporary band lineup from earlier that month. I also had to change how I sang some of the songs to line up with the different tunings I played these songs in. I also threw in 2 Pere Ubu covers because David Thomas had just died. Because I was living with my parents at the time of the show, I got to use 3 different instruments to play these songs: a classical guitar, a steel-string acoustic guitar, and a baritone ukulele.
